These Sales Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by New ABS Computer ('we', 'our' or 'us') to you ('customer', 'you' or 'buyer') for in-store purchases and transactions. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

1.1. Placing an Order : Orders must be placed in person at our store. Ensure all details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

1.2. Special Orders : For custom configurations or out-of-stock items, we may require an advance payment. Delivery timelines for such orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Prices :

• All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2. Payment Methods : We accept Cash, UPI, Credit / Debit cards, Internet Banking and various Wallet Applications.

2.3. Full Payment : Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

2.4. Discounts and Offers : Discounts and promotional offers, if available, are subject to their specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

3. Delivery and Pickup

3.1. In-Store Pickup : All items purchased must be picked up directly from our store. Customers are responsible for collecting their items within 2-3 days of notification.

3.2. Delivery (if applicable) : If delivery is arranged at the customer's request :

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated beforehand.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

3.3. Inspection : Customers must inspect all products at the time of receipt. Any issues must be reported immediately.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Eligibility : Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

4.2. Timeframe : Returns must be initiated within 2 days of purchase.

4.3. Non-Returnable Items : The following items cannot be returned :

• Software, licenses, or digital products.

• Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges).

• Custom or special-order items.

4.4. Refunds : Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

5. Warranties

5.1. Manufacturer Warranty : Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details, including duration and coverage, will be provided at the time of purchase.

5.2. Service Warranty : Repairs or services performed by us carry a limited warranty of 5 days, unless otherwise specified.

5.3. Exclusions : Warranties do not cover :

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

• Issues arising from software or third-party services.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. In-Store Purchases : Orders once completed cannot be cancelled, except for special orders where cancellation may be possible before the product is dispatched by the supplier.

6.2. Special Orders : For cancelled special orders, any non-refundable advance payments will not be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are communicated or displayed in-store.
